Homemade Clay



If your anything like me you avoid giving your already super hyper kids anything slightly sugary at all cost. Here's a guilt free Valentine's Day treat for your kids and their equally active friends. Since its made with everyday items from the pantry its sure to please even the most picky moms.


Homemade Clay
Looking for a way to show your little prince or princess how special they are this Valentine’s Day? With some basic ingredients from the pantry you’re on your way to making a non-toxic and guilt free gift perfect for kids of all ages.


Recipe
2 ¾ cups boiling water
2 Tbsp. Cream of Tartar (in the baking aisle)
½ Cup salt
1 ½ cup boiling water
2 Tbsp. oil (olive, grapeseed, coconut, canola, vegetable NO BABY OIL…IT’S TOXIC WHEN INGESTED!)
Coloring agent (kool-aid, liquid or gel dye)

11)   Stir together all dry ingredients together in large bowl
22)   Slowly add oil and boiling H20 to dry ingredients with mixer
33)  Mix or knead with hands until no longer sticky (add extra flour if needed)

44)  Add your desired colorant type
